PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network camera system which improves user's operability by changing a rotation control method in accordance with the installation state of a camera. SOLUTION: A video distribution system controlling a photographing angle of a camera from a control terminal comprises: photographing means for photographing a video; rotation control means for controlling a rotation unit for rotating the photographing means around an optical axis; and installation state determination means for determining an installation state of the photographing means.
