PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and system for advising a bathing manner for advising a bathing manner which fits a health state of a bathing person. SOLUTION: Biological information data such as an age, a blood pressure, and a body temperature of the bathing person A is entered into an advice monitor 1 (S1). One of the bathing manners out of a normal bath, a half-body-bath, and a footbath is selected (S2-S3) by the advice monitor 1 based on the entered biological information data and bathing environment information such as a temperature and humidity inside a house including a bath room and a dressing room. The bathing person A is informed of the selected bathing manner (S4, S5, S6).
