PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily adhesive thermoplastic resin film which imparts antistatic performance at high temperatures and is excellent in adhesiveness with a functional layer at high temperatures and high humidities. SOLUTION: The easily adhesive thermoplastic resin film includes a coated layer at least on one surface of a thermoplastic resin film, wherein the coated layer is composed mainly of an acrylic resin, a resin having an oxazoline group, and aπ-electron-conjugated electroconductive polymer.
