The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an urethane curing agent for an electrodeposition paint, which includes a step of reacting an aromatic dihydric alcohol, an aliphatic dihydric alcohol, and one polyisocyanate selected from a mixture of the same, and a cationic resin composition for an electrodeposition paint and an electrodeposition paint composition including the curing agent. The electrodeposition paint composition including the curing agent according to the present invention can reduce bake off loss of a film during baking, have excellent brightness, and have excellent inside painting properties.
