PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayered sheet which can suppress occurrence of a die stripe even when a large amount of inactive particles are contained in the sheet made of a thermoplastic resin film and can be manufactured continuously over a long period of time and a method for the sheet. SOLUTION: In the method for producing the multilayered sheet, in a method in which at least two layers of a layer (A) made of a thermoplastic resin containing 20-60 wt.% of the inactive particles and a layer (B) made of a thermoplastic resin containing 20-60 wt.% of the inactive particles are arranged alternately to lie one upon another, extruded in the shape of a sheet from a die, and cast, at least the layer (B) is exposed to one side, and the layer (B) side is made to land by being contacted with a cooling drum.
