PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate using a remote control, which is compatible with a lift device, without erroneous operation and with ease of operation. SOLUTION: A verifying tag part 15A is arranged in the remote control 10A, and a remote control storage box 4A is arranged so that ID information can be transmitted by radio transmission and the remote control 10A can be stored in the vicinity of a lift 1A for vehicle maintenance. Its remote control storage box 4A is provided with a verifying reader 5A connected to a driving control part 2A, capable of receiving the ID information transmitted from the remote control 10A in a detection area and authenticating the remote control 10A when both information coincide by verifying the received ID information with prerecorded verifying information.
