<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a content management system, management server, content management method and program capable of invalidating permission of a file by a file unit which has left creator's hands, without increasing a load of the management server. <P>SOLUTION: A content management system 100 comprises; a DRM client 20 incorporating an issuance license into content data to create a DRM file 30; and a DRM server 10 creating the issuance license including a digital signature of a creator of the content data, transmitting the issuance license to the DRM client 20 and giving a use license to a transmission source under the condition that the issuance license is transmitted. When the issuance license is transmitted and invalidation of the DRM file is requested, the DRM server 10 invalidates the DRM file under the condition that an entity of the digital signature included in the issuance license matches the one who requested the invalidation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
