<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a cellulose acetate film which is easy to peel off from a metal support upon solvent casting, excellent in corrosivity of a manufacturing facility, and excellent in development of Rth. <P>SOLUTION: The production method of the cellulose acetate film includes a process for casting a dope on the metal support, the dope containing a cellulose acetate with a degree of total substitution of 2.0-2.7, a solvent, and an organic acid that is in an amount of 0.01-20 mass% based on the cellulose acetate and meets the following requirements (1)-(3), and a process for peeling off the dope film from the metal support. The requirements are (1) to include a structure in which a polyhydric alcohol and a polycarboxylic acid bind forming an ester bond, (2) to have the total of the number of molecules of the polyhydric alcohol and the polycarboxylic acid that form the compound of 3 or more, and (3) to have at least one non-substituted carboxyl group derived from a polycarboxylic acid. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
