The present invention relates to a blind sheet coated with carbon nanofibers having the function of emitting heat to the surface of a fabric; and to a manufacturing method thereof. The purpose of the present invention is to maintain indoor temperature at proper temperature by investing minimal money in the winter when outdoor temperature is low. For the purpose, the method for manufacturing a blind sheet comprises: a first step of obtaining blended liquid by spraying, at high speed, and mixing 4 to 6 parts by weight of carbon nanofibers, 65 to 75 parts by weight of urethane resin, 15 to 25 parts by weight of water, 3 to 5 parts by weight of a dispersant and 0.5 to 1.5 parts by weight of a defoamer; a second step of forming a heat-emitting layer (12) by coating the surface of a fabric (11) with the obtained blended liquid and drying the obtained blended liquid for 1 to 2 minutes under the conditions of 150 to 170°C; a third step of connecting a pair of electrodes (13) to both ends of the heat-emitting layer; and a fourth step of forming a paint layer by applying, to the upper surface of the heat-emitting layer, with which the fabric has been coated, paint liquid, wherein 65 to 75 parts by weight of urethane resin, 15 to 25 parts by weight of water, 3 to 5 parts by weight of a dispersant and 0.5 to 1.5 parts by weight of a defoamer are mixed, and drying the paint liquid for 1 to 2 minutes under the conditions of 150 to 170°C. |
