PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new tissue array block creation method and a tissue array sheet used for test and analysis of living tissues. SOLUTION: The tissue array block creation method includes: a sampling process P2 for hollowing out a part to be needed and sampling it by using a hollow needle from a tissue piece t1 which is sliced off a tissue block; a laminating process P3 for laminating sampled tissues inside the hollow needle; a fusing process P4 for fusing laminated objects; and an insertion process for inserting the fused objects in empty holes to be arranged in a basic block in the axis direction.
