<p>Disclosed in the present invention is a high speed instant trip apparatus for a circuit breaker which additionally enhances instant breaking function to trip in high speed when excess current is generated. The apparatus in the present invention comprises: an extended piece formed by extending one side of the upper part of a trip bar in the direction of a movable contact; a magnetization stand facing the total surface of the bimetal in a standing state; a rivet making the magnetization stand to be fixed on the extended piece; and a coupling element consisting of a protrusion and a concave groove. Therefore, in the present invention, the magnetization stand facing the total surface of the bimetal generating a magnetic line when excess current is generated is effectively magnetized over the total surface to extremely and rapidly break the current to protect various kinds of devices connected with the circuit breaker or people and protect such a contacting point of a movable contact to minimize damage on the breaker to have a useful effect of contributing to extending of lifetime.</p> |
