The present invention relates to a method for extracting and recovering phosphorus included in sludge via a rapid and efficient method using activated sludge in a wastewater bioreactor to be used as the raw materials of fertilizer or the like. For such, phosphorus, which is finally recovered via an extraction step of changing phosphorus included in activated sludge into a shape easily soluble in water and a separation step of precipitating and separating the extracted soluble phosphorus by mixing the phosphorus with another chemical, can be recovered as solids in the shape of sediment containing high-concentration phosphorus more excellent or equal to commercialized chemical fertilizer.
