The invention relates to a composition comprising hyaluronan in a concentration range of between 0.1 and 0.4 mg/mL and an essential polyunsaturated fatty acid selected from between linoleic acid (LA) at a concentration of between 0.03 mM and 0.1 mM and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) at a concentration of between 0.03 mM and 0.1 mM, and to the uses thereof for generating cells of quality for the production of transgenic animals and for animal production, as well as for cell therapy and assisted reproduction.
