摘要 The apparatus comprises a rotary kiln (10), a precalcinator (12) communicating with the kiln to cross flue gases generated in the kiln, where the precalcinator includes a smoke input section (12') that defines a basic plan of a horizontal reference (100), and a suspension preheater for heating a raw flour by heat exchange with the flue gases leaving the precalcinator, where the suspension preheater comprises: a first cyclone separator including a feeding section, a smoke output section and a raw flour output; and an electric raw meal separation filter arranged under the first separator. The apparatus comprises a rotary kiln (10), a precalcinator (12) communicating with the kiln to cross flue gases generated in the kiln, where the precalcinator includes a smoke input section (12') that defines a basic plan of a horizontal reference (100), and a suspension preheater for heating a raw flour by heat exchange with the flue gases leaving the precalcinator, where the suspension preheater comprises: a first cyclone separator including a feeding section, a smoke output section and a raw flour output; an electric raw meal separation filter that is arranged under the first separator and includes a feeding section (11''), a smoke output section and a first output raw flour section; a first heating and feeding pipe that connects the feeding section of the electric filter and includes a first raw flour loading section; a second cyclone separator including a feeding section, a smoke output section and a raw flour output section; a second heating and feeding pipe that connects the smoke output section of the second separator and includes a second raw flour loading section; and a raw flour feeding unit operational to supply the raw flour from the output section of the electric filter to the second loading section. The first separator and the second separator are appreciably laid out with same height in accordance with the horizontal reference so that the output smoke sections define a first horizontal reference plane. The second pipe includes a first part that develops under the horizontal reference plane and a second part that develops on the horizontal reference plane in order to define a maximum point height and a minimum point height of the second pipe. The first part defines the second loading section. The first and second separators have same height so that the output sections of the first and second separator are laid out on a second horizontal reference plane under the first horizontal reference plane. The second part of the second pipe defining the minimum point height is under the second horizontal reference plane. The first part of the second loading pipe is under the second horizontal reference plane. The first part is U-shaped and communicates with the feeding section of the first separator. The second part is U-shaped part, and communicates on a first side with the first part and on a second side with the smoke output section of the second separator. The second pipe includes a connection section curved and connected on a side of the feeding section of the first separator and on another side to the first part. The second pipe includes a rectilinear central part that connects the first part to the second part. The preheater includes: a third cyclone separator including a feeding section, a smoke output section and a raw flour output section, where the third separator is laid out in a position such that the output section of the third separator defines a third horizontal reference plane under the first reference plane; a third heating and feeding pipe that connects the smoke section of the third separator with the feeding section of the second separator; a third pipe that includes a third loading section connected to the raw flour output section of the first separator by a first feeder pipe; a fourth cyclone separator including a feeding section, a smoke output section and a raw flour output section, where the fourth separator is laid out in a position such that the output section of the fourth separator is located on the third horizontal plane; a fourth heating and feeding pipe that connects the output smoke section of the fourth separator to the feeding section of the third separator; a fourth pipe (62) including a fourth loading section connected to the raw flour output section of the second separator by the second feeding pipe; and a fifth heating and feeding pipe that connects the feeding section of the fourth separator to the output section of the precalcinator. The fourth heating and feeding pipe includes a first U-shaped reversed part developed on the third horizontal reference plane and a second connection part that connects the first U-shaped part to the feeding section of the third separator. The output section of the precalcinator identifies a fourth horizontal reference plane on the third horizontal reference plane. The fifth heating and feeding pipe includes: a first end part that is connected to the output section of the precalcinator and developing a fourth horizontal reference plane according to an U-shaped reversed structure; a rectilinear central part that vertically defines the first part towards a height close to that of the third horizontal reference plane; and a second end part that connects the central part to the feeding section of the fourth separator. The feeding unit includes: a feeder pipe that operationally connects the output section of the electric filter to the second loading section of the second pipe; and a propulsion device to provide a sufficient push to overcome a difference in level between the output section of the electric filter and the second loading section of the second pipe with the raw flour. The first part of the second pipe is developed under the first horizontal reference plane so that the minimum point height is located under the third reference plane. The first pipe includes: a first part having an inverted U-shape and defining the first reference plane; a second rectilinear part that is connected to the first part and defines a position close to that of the feeding section of the electric filter; and an extender part that connects the rectilinear part to the feeding section of the electric filter. The first loading section of the first pipe is defined on the second rectilinear part in a position near the first reference plane.
