<p>A vehicle collision prevention system using a yaw rate according to the present invention includes a steering detection unit that detects a collision with an object; a computation unit that calculates a yaw rate of a vehicle and calculates a target steering angle; a brake control unit that controls vehicle steering in accordance with the target steering angle; and a wheel control unit that controls the vehicle steering in accordance with the target steering angle in conjunction with the brake control unit. A vehicle collision prevention method using a yaw rate according to the present invention includes a step in which a collision with an object is predicted by a steering detection unit of a vehicle; a step in which a computation unit calculates the yaw rate of the vehicle; a step in which the computation unit calculates a target steering angle in accordance with the calculated yaw rate; and a step in which at least any one of a wheel control unit and a brake control unit performs vehicle return steering in accordance with the target steering angle.</p> |
