The present invention relates to a hole punching method for punching holes in the outer shape of a mold and automatic blanking of an FPCB board subsidiary material, and also relates to a mold. An object of the present invention is to simultaneously punch the inner hole and outer shape of the FPCB board subsidiary material. Manufacturing costs for the mold can be reduced since the inner hole and outer shape of the FPCB board subsidiary material are simultaneously punched using a single at a time, and moreover, working procedure can be simplified to reduce a processing time since the FPCB board subsidiary material is unnecessary to move to another mold. Also, the present invention can prevent scratches or defects caused by foreign substances which may occur during transferring of the FPCB since the FPCB board subsidiary material is unnecessary to move to another mold. In addition, the present invention is useful in that chips which are produced during punching of holes in the FPCB board subsidiary material are automatically discharged to the outside, thereby reducing manufacturing costs and maximizing an output through a mass production in a short period of time. |
