<p>PURPOSE: An automatic gate cutting injection mold is provided to prevent burr on a cut face by cutting a gate while a cavity is closed. CONSTITUTION: An automatic gate cutting injection mold comprises a top fixed plate(110), fixed and movable templates(120,130) which are meshed with each other to form a cavity(123) corresponding to the shape of a molded article, a sleeve pusher(140) including a sleeve(141) cutting out a gate, and a bottom fixed plate(160). The sleeve pusher is limited to cut out the gate while the injection mold is opened by a clamping device. After cutting out the gate, the sleeve pusher is moved in the direction for opening the injection mold.</p> |
