<p>According to an embodiment of the present invention, although force is applied to a gripper, a singular point in which a gripper is not moved may be prevented by separately providing a slit in which a moving shaft rotating a gripper is inserted and a rotation center of the gripper and preventing the slit and the rotation center from being not aligned in a straight line. A surgical device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a body with a slit; a first gripper rotatably mounted on the body; a first rotation shaft to rotatably mount the first gripper on the body; a second gripper rotatably mounted on the body; a second rotation shaft to rotatably mount the second gripper on the body; and a moving shaft formed through the first gripper and the second gripper and moving along the slit to rotate the first gripper and the second gripper. The first rotation shaft and the second rotation shaft are spaced apart from an extension line of the slit.</p>
