Disclosed is an NFC antenna module for mounting a radiation sheet to overlap with a part of an antenna sheet to maximize the performance of the antenna and a mobile terminal having the same. The disclosed NFC antenna module comprises: an electromagnetic shielding sheet; an antenna sheet which is formed with a radiation pattern along the outer periphery of a central portion and laminated on the electromagnetic shielding sheet; and the radiation sheet which is laminated on the antenna sheet to form the radiation pattern and an overlapped region and formed with a recess for exposing the central portion.
