The present invention relates to a sorting and separating apparatus for incinerating municipal waste. Municipal waste for incineration includes abundant various materials, and is incinerated and/or reclaimed due to the difficulty of sorting and separation although the municipal waste is an unlimited resource. The processing method of the present invention has a composition to sort municipal waste and separate into high heat resources of waste paper and recycling resources of synthetic resin under the assumption that the municipal waste for incineration contains about 50% of waste paper, about 50% of processed waste of synthetic resin, and few amount of wood waste, cans, cigarette butts, etc., which cause no concerns in separation. The waste paper, which occupies 50% of the waste, is very weak against water, and, therefore, is separated in an in-water decomposition treatment method of extinguishing the waste paper in low degree powder. Plastic processed waste among 50% of waste cannot be decomposed in water, and has a characteristic of not absorbing water, whereas disposable cups, milk cartons and packaging paper products, which are specially processed, absorb water, and, therefore, can be sorted and treated with ease when the weight becomes heavier. Various separated residues in which waste paper has been decomposed and treated in water are collected and transferred to a separating treatment container. When the transferred falling matters are diagonally blown with a fan installed to be fixated to the separating treatment container, wood waste, iron, cans, etc. are fallen at a short distance and separated, and disposable paper cups, milk cartons, and specially processed paper waste are fallen at a medium distance with wind power and separated. The plastic film waste is thin and light, which makes a falling spot at a far distance to be separated. |
