PACKAGED/STANDARDIZED VARIABLE-DIMENSION ALUMINIUM OR PVC SASHES

摘要

Novelty: frame profile’s angles and sash post for the assembly of PVC or aluminium sashes are disclosed. Constitution: two profile angles (1,2) made of the same profiles used for the frame and the post of the sash (one angle for the frame and one for the sash post), pins 4 and lamellae for good fitting 5 to the pieces of the framework 3. Advantage: easy, fast, and cheap assembly of PVC or aluminium sash profiles with no need of specialized staff, knowledge and tools; compared to the prior state of art (bevelling of the profiles and opening of specific holes) the assembly of the sashes is carried out via the frame profile’s angles and the sash post, by mere screwing or gluing.
