The present invention relates to an aluminum pouch film for a secondary battery and a method for manufacturing the same. The aluminum pouch film comprises: an aluminum layer; an external resin layer which is formed on a first surface of the aluminum layer; a first adhesive layer to adhere the aluminum layer and the external resin layer; an internal resin layer which is formed on a second surface of the aluminum layer; and a second adhesive layer to adhere the aluminum layer and the internal resin layer, wherein the second adhesive layer includes a monomer which has one surface reformed as a silicate to be included in the last of a chain.
