摘要 <p>PURPOSE: A system and a method for controlling the combustion of a furnace are provided to calculate theoretical air-fuel ratio according to the concentration of H2O in the combustion chamber. CONSTITUTION: A combustion control system for a furnace comprises a laser composition measurement(210), a theoretical air-fuel ratio calculator(220), and a combustion controller(230). The laser composition measurement analyzes the composition of combustible gas provided to a furnace according to the H20 concentration in the chamber combustion. The theoretical air-fuel ratio calculator calculates the theoretical air-fuel ratio of the combustible gas from the composition analyzed by the laser composition measurement. The combustion controller regulates the mount of combustible gas and air supplied to the furnace according to the theoretical air-fuel ratio.</p>
