摘要 A method to manufacture a unit cell of a direct carbon fuel cell using a cylindrical anode supporter comprises the steps of: preparing nickel oxide (NiO) and yttria-stabilized zirconia (Y_2O_3 stabilized ZrO_2) as a main material, measuring the amount of carbon black as a former pore respectively, forming a powder by mixing, drying, and sieving high purity zirconia ball and a solvent, and manufacturing a paste by kneading the powder; forming the paste to have one side opened and the other side closed by pre-extrusion and extrusion after aging at low temperatures to from a cylindrical anode supporter using carbon and molten carbonate as a raw material; performing rolling drying and pre-sintering of the anode supporter; forming an anode functional layer (AFL) by dip coating method using NiO/YSZ particle slurry; forming an electrolyte layer using a vacuum slurry coating method with an electrolyte slurry on the outer side of the anode functional layer; and forming a cathode layer coated with a complex electrode having LSM-YSZ layer, LSM layer, and LSCF layer formed in order using a dip coating method on the outer side of the electrolyte layer to make carbon have fluidity to improve performance of a unit cell.
