Disclosed are a transducer having a front end processor, an image diagnosis apparatus, and a signal processing method thereof. The transducer according to an embodiment of the present invention includes an array element which is grouped to multiple sub array groups; and a front end processor including multiple sub array beam forming units forming a reception beam by performing a beam formation according to the sub array groups with ultrasonic analog signals which are received from an object through each element which forms the array element.
