Disclosed is a method for producing a bone filler for bone regeneration. The method of the present invention comprises: (a) a first extruding step of producing a first composite by forming a roll-structure filament formed of bio-ceramic and carbon layers; (b) a second extruding step of producing a second composite by irregularly arranging and extruding the first composite; and (c) burning out and sintering the second composite.
