The present invention relates to an infrared image based smart fire detection system and an automatic fire extinguishing equipment interface platform. The infrared image based smart fire detection system according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: an infrared thermal imaging camera (11) formed on an installation point; an image monitoring system (20) including an HD camera (12) with 200DPI or higher resolution, a sensor (13), and a remote image monitoring module (21); an interface module (30); and an automatic fire extinguishing system (40). The present invention can detect a fire in advance and provide a fire monitoring image.
