<p>The installation has a pump (20) i.e. progressive cavity pump, evacuating an effluent. An assembly of pressure sensors (21, 23, 25, 30), temperature sensors (22, 24) and vibration sensor (26) is provided for measuring physical quantities relative to the installation. An automaton (10) optimizes an injection flow of an effluent lightening fluid i.e. diluent, and regulates the speed of the pump according to the measured physical quantity and a target value of predetermined production such that the speed of the pump and the quantity are comprised in a range of predetermined values. An independent claim is also included for a method for producing effluent of hydrocarbon containing heavy oil.</p> |
