摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode for a power storage device with low electric resistance, which improves power-stored energy density by improving capacitance and cell voltage of a power storage device when the electrode is used as the electrode for the power storage device, a power storage device using the electrode for the power storage device, and a method for manufacturing the electrode for the power storage device.SOLUTION: An electrode for a power storage device comprises: a carbon nano-tube; an ion fluid; and a three dimensional mesh like metal porous body having a plurality of pores filled with the carbon nano-tube and the ion fluid. In pore parts exposed to a surface of the three dimensional mesh like metal porous body in a plurality of pore parts, a ratio (d/D) between a cell diameter (D) in a first direction in the surface of the three dimensional mesh like metal porous body and a cell diameter (d) in a second direction orthogonal to the first direction in the surface of the three dimensional mesh like metal porous body is in a range of 0<d/D<1, the proportion of the pore part in the range in pore parts exposed to the surface is equal to or more than 95% and equal to or less than 100%.
