PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fullerene-like (IF) nanostructure of a chemical formula A-B-chalcogenide.SOLUTION: A is a metal or transition metal, or an alloy of metals and/or transition metals, B is a metal or transition metal, B is different from A, and x≤0.3 is satisfied. A process for its manufacture and its use for modifying an electronic character of A-chalcogenide are described. |
