A battery pack comprises: a battery; a battery holder for holding the battery; a waterproof bag for, as a waterproof structure, housing the battery holder holding the battery; and a potting resin injected into the waterproof bag. In the battery pack, the waterproof bag is provided with a check valve that opens only when the inside air is exhausted, so that the air inside the waterproof bag is exhausted from the check valve while the potting resin is injected into the waterproof bag. The potting resin is thereby arranged so as to be uniformly and closely attached to the surfaces of the battery and the battery holder.
