<p>PURPOSE: An organic solar cell device including a metal nanorod is provided to improve the light conversion efficiency of an organic solar cell by increasing the current amount of a short circuit. CONSTITUTION: A transparent electrode is formed on a substrate. A conductive polymer layer (115) is formed on the transparent electrode.
