Provided is a solar cell module which is small in the resistance loss between a collector electrode and a connection wiring line and is able to reduce the production cost. Also provided is a method for producing the solar cell module. A solar cell (2) is configured to comprise a finger electrode part (31) which extends in a predetermined direction, and on which a collector electrode (8) is provided when a photoelectric conversion part (30) is viewed in plan. The finger electrode part (31) comprises a laminate structure in which a first conductive layer (21) and a second conductive layer (22) having a lower resistance than the first conductive layer (21) are laminated on the photoelectric conversion part (30). A wiring member (3) is arranged on the collector electrode (8) so as to intersect with the finger electrode part (31), and the intersecting portion of the wiring member (3) and the finger electrode part (31) of the solar cell (2) has a laminate structure in which the first conductive layer (21) and the wiring member (3) are laminated. |
