PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce power consumption.SOLUTION: Provided is an electronic circuit comprising: a processing circuit 54 for alternately executing a first period in which data is written to a first memory 50 and data is read from a second memory 52 and a second period in which data is written to the second memory and data is read from the first memory; and a control circuit 56 for setting, after write to one of the first memory and the second memory and before read from one of the memories, the power supply voltage and/or the substrate bias voltage of one of the memories to a first voltage, and setting, after read from one of the memories and before write to one of the memories, the power supply voltage and/or the substrate bias voltage of one of the memories to a second voltage different from the first voltage. |
