PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a damage information display device, a damage information display method, and a damage information display program which can display damage information corresponding to actual damage situations.SOLUTION: A damage information display device 1 comprises: a first area information storage unit 100 which stores first area information indicating a first area on a map; a second area information storage unit 102 which stores second area information indicating a second area covering the first area and damage information that is an index indicating a damage level of the second area; a position information storage unit 101 which stores position information of predetermined indicators distributed in the second area; and an area control unit 110 which calculates damage information of the first area by apportioning the damage information of the second area on the basis of the position information of the predetermined indicators.
