<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a memory controller and a method.SOLUTION: The memory controller minimizes a memory bank collision through rescheduling of a memory request. The memory controller can include a scheduling part for scheduling a plurality of elements on the basis of memory bank information determined for the plurality of elements included in a plurality of memory requests if the plurality of memory requests exist in the present cycle, and a request generation part for generating a scheduled memory request to the present cycle by using one or more elements among the plurality of elements so as not to cause a memory bank collision with each other after scheduling for the plurality of elements is completed.</p> |
