Among other things, one or more techniques and/or apparatus are provided for power conversion via a primary subsystem and a secondary subsystem. The primary subsystem and the secondary subsystem are coupled in parallel between an input terminal and an output terminal and respectively comprise one or more switching elements. In one embodiment, primary switching elements of the primary subsystem are configured to commutate at a different frequency than secondary switching elements of the secondary subsystem (e.g., with the secondary switching elements typically commutating at a higher frequency). The output of the secondary subsystem may be utilized to filter at least one of voltage harmonics and/or current harmonics of the output of the primary subsystem (e.g., to improve a quality of power output by the power converter). On one side of the power converter, the primary subsystem and the secondary subsystem are coupled together via a coupled inductor. |
