<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of molded articles, capable of restricting reduction in the degree of crystallinity of a polymer during molding, allowing molded articles to have high impact resistance, so that a molded product having a complicated shape can be made by vacuum molding or deep drawing without risk of causing defective molding or insufficient strength at a corner part or a bent part.SOLUTION: A laminate sheet is prepared, including a woven textile of stretched yarn made of semi-crystalline thermoplastic polymer of which both sides or one side is provided with a coating layer of a semi-crystalline thermoplastic polymer having a melting point lower than the melting point of the semi-crystalline thermoplastic polymer of the stretched yarn at least by 10°C. At least two of the laminate sheets are superpositioned, such that the woven textiles are not adjacent to each other. The laminate sheets are then subject to thermocompression bonding at a temperature in the range from the melting point of the semi-crystalline thermoplastic polymer or higher and lower than the melting point of the woven textile, so that a tabular sheet is made. A molded article is manufactured from the produced tabular sheet by thermoforming such as vacuum molding.</p> |
