Described herein are compounds, methods of making such compounds, pharmaceutical compositions, and medicaments comprising such compounds, and methods of using such compounds to treat androgen receptor mediated diseases or conditions. The present invention provides therapies and therapeutic regimens for the treatment of prostate cancer.

1. A pharmaceutical composition comprising Compound (1):wherein Compound (1) is in a crystalline form characterized by a powder X-ray diffraction pattern having characteristic peaks expressed in angle 2-theta at approximately:
a. 13.1° and 14.1°; b. 17.2°, 18.5°, and 19.1°, and optionally at approximately 16.2°, and 29.6°; c. 12.5°, 14.8°, and 25.5°; or d. 14.4°, 16.1°, 19.1° and 19.3°,or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, N-oxide, active metabolite, prodrug, or solvate thereof.
