A service designer can build a prototype of a service for various purposes through co-creation with various interested parties (e.g. service customer, service provider, etc.) online, and communication and co-creation with a plurality of co-workers is possible by supporting real time chatting. Also, various participants create a storyboard together, thereby facilitating creation and a review of a service concept.
