PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tempura battered foodstuff preparation unit and a tempura oil-fried auxiliary unit capable of stably and readily manufacturing fried tempura having good taste, texture and fragrance, and further to provide a tempura manufacturing device and manufacturing method capable of obtaining high quality fried tempura at the high yield.SOLUTION: A battered foodstuff preparation unit 41 for tempura includes a cylindrical tubular holding member 51 and a support mesh 61. In the holding member 51, a foodstuff preparation space 52 is present on the support mesh 61, and a batter liquid inlet/outlet space 53 is present under the support mesh 61. An oil-fried auxiliary unit 71 for tempura includes a cylindrical tubular holding member 81 and a porous support shelf 91. In the holding member 81, a foodstuff holding space 82 is present on the porous support shelf 91, and an oil introduction space 83 is present under the porous support shelf 91. |
