PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for reducing power consumption of an electronic receiver by shortening time required for actuating components of the electronic receiver used for a global navigation satellite system, and to provide a digital signal processing apparatus and a system using the method.SOLUTION: The method for reducing power consumption of the electronic receiver includes the steps for: determining whether or not a plurality of satellites are present in a visible area; providing an actuation start signal to one or more components of an analog signal processing unit of the electronic receiver and one or more components of a digital signal processing unit; and acquiring signals from the plurality of satellites present in the visible area until position determination of the electronic receiver is obtained during a dynamic time period and applying a signal sensing logic to the acquired signals.
