PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paste transfer unit which corrects deformation of a scraper even if the scraper contacts with a paste for a long time and is swollen to deform and thereby realizes stable paste film formation, and to provide a component mounting device.SOLUTION: A paste transfer unit includes: a stage 22 to which a paste Pst is supplied; a squeegee 25 which moves relative to the stage 22 to which the paste Pst is supplied and thereby forms a paste film Pm on the stage 22; and a scraper 26 which slides on the stage 22 and scrapes the paste film Pm. The scraper 26 includes: a scraping member 31 which slides with its lower edge 31f contacting with the stage 22; and a holder 32 which detachably holds an upper part 31a of the scraping member 31. A cutout part 31V is formed at an upper end surface 31b of the scraping member 31. |
