PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine the profitability in maintenance of a facility.SOLUTION: The profitability determination method for determining the profitability in maintenance of a facility includes the steps of: storing an estimated cost for the maintenance which is an estimation value of a maintenance cost required for the maintenance in a storage (S1); storing a current employment cost which is an employment cost of the personnel working in the facility in the storage before carrying out the maintenance (S2); storing a planed employment cost which is an employment cost of the personnel to work in the facility after the maintenance is carried out in the storage (S3); calculating a reduction of the employment cost representing the reduction amount of the employment cost by subtracting the planed employment cost from the employment cost (S4); and determining the profitability of the maintenance based on the estimated cost for the maintenance and the reduced employment cost (S5).
