<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an operation method for a sewing machine so that a seam in which different sewing parameters can be used in different seam parts can be sewn freely and as simply as possible.SOLUTION: A method for creating sewing control data includes the steps of: dividing a seam 32 into a plurality of seam parts (a1, b1....); providing at least one assignment seam position (P1, P2; P1, P2, P3) to the seam; assigning at least one assignment sewing parameter value (GW1, GW2, GW3) to the assignment seam position; checking on which seam part (a1, b1...) the at least one assignment seam position is located; and assigning one assignment sewing parameter value to the seam part on which the at least one assignment seam position is located, depending on which assignment seam position is located on a currently viewed seam part.</p> |
