PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recommend electronic content for a user to enjoy the content together with other users.SOLUTION: A system includes: a service provision control unit which controls provision of a service; an information storage unit which stores information; a selection unit which selects a recommended game to be recommended to a user and a referral user to be introduced as a user who uses the recommended game, on the basis of intimacy between the users and use frequency of the users for each game; a screen setting unit which sets screen data of a content recommendation screen including a link to information for specifying a recommended game and a content-related screen relating to the recommended game and a link to information for specifying the referral user and a user-related screen relating to the referral user; a transmission unit which transmits the screen data of the content recommendation screen to a terminal device; and a rewarding unit which gives a reward to a user who selects the link or the referral user when the link to the content-related screen included in the content recommendation screen or the link to the user-related screen is selected.
