<p>The present invention relates to a gene amplification system, which is capable of rapidly and accurately controlling the temperature when the temperature of a gene sample is adjusted and remarkably improving heat exchange efficiency, and the system comprises: a sample holder to which a gene sample is secured; a heat exchange block coming in thermal contact with the sample holder; a heating medium supply device for supplying a heating medium to the heat exchange block; and a control unit for applying a temperature control signal to the heating medium supply device, wherein the heating medium supply device can comprise: a heating medium circulation line connected to the heat exchange block; a pump which is provided to the heating medium circulation line and circulates the heating medium; a heating medium storage tank which is provided to the heating medium circulation line and stores the heating medium; and a radiator which is provided to the heating medium circulation line and radiates the heat of the heating medium to the outside.</p> |
