PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable setting information of each user to be easily reflected on another image processor.SOLUTION: Setting information for controlling the operation of an image processor 1 is stored in a setting information table in association with user information. The image processor 1 performs short range wireless communication with a portable terminal device 2 of the user to acquire the user information. The image processor 1 performs a user authentication by comparing the acquired user information with the user information stored in the setting information table. In the case where the user is authenticated as a valid user, the setting information stored in the setting information table and the user information are uploaded to a storage device 3 on a network 4. The setting information or the like can securely be kept by storing the setting information or the like in the storage device 3 on the network 4. In addition, desired setting information or the like can be downloaded from the storage device 3 on the network 4, and can be easily reflected on another image processor 1. |
