PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a maintenance operation device of an elevator which can surely ensure safety of a worker in a hoistway.SOLUTION: A maintenance operation device 20 of an elevator is provided with determining means which, when at least one of an ascent button 25 and a descent button 26 in a processing part 21 is operated during the maintenance operation of an elevator, determines whether or not the number of communication terminals 30 sending an operation permission signal corresponding to an operation confirmation signal sent to the communication terminals 30 is equal to the number of collaborative workers 41, 42 registered by a number-of-persons registration button 28. When the determining means determines that the number of the communication terminals 30 sending the operation permission signal is equal to the number of the collaborative workers 41, 42 registered by the number-of-persons registration button 28, the maintenance operation device 20 controls to perform maintenance operation of the elevator. |
