The method of manufacturing an implant scan abutment according to one embodiment of the present invention includes an abutment molding step of molding an implant scan abutment having a scan body part to which a disposition state reference part for recognizing a disposition and shape during scanning is provided; and a scan body part coating step for forming a coating film of a nonmetal material on a surface of the scan body part.
